The Sanitarian's Office staff is responsible for helping the University achieve and maintain a healthful environment. Areas of program management involve many components of food safety, including inspection of all food operations, training food service personnel, approving outside caterers hired to work inside the University, investigation and follow up of any food-related health and safety complaints, and review and approval of temporary food events.
Additionally, questions or concerns regarding drinking water safety or general sanitation should be directed to this office.
