Food Safety Training for Students in Dining Centers
Please read each question carefully
and fill in the blanks with your answers. Make sure you fill in all
the blanks for questions with multiple answers as partially answered questions
with receive only partial credit. The correct answers are quite specific to
the slides, so it strongly recommended that you print out the test so you can
look at the slides while answering the questions. The heading before
a group of questions will tell you where to find the answers. Many of the
answers can be completed with just one word, and the remainder with a few words
up to a maximum of two sentences. A score of 90% or better is required
to pass. Those students whom do not pass will be notified. If you are not notified,
you can assume that you passed. Exams can be sent via intramural mail to the following
